During the COVID Crisis of 2021 Mike helped me buy a home in the Jackson area. We wrote an offer “site unseen” of the inside of the home to beat other potential buyers. The tactic worked and the home turned out to be great. We did have an escape clause just in case it was not, but by the time I closed, other buyers were lined up to get it for tens of thousands more. Mike is crafty and can work with any problems and proved it during the COVID crisis!
