After over 20 years it was time to sell our South Lyon home. Mike came up with an asking ( aka list) price that seemed a bit high for the area. But he was right the market demand was very high in South Lyon and the home had immediate showings and sold quickly. We even got to stay in our home rent free for a few months after the closing.
